What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Wild-Collection uses Pos Indonesia shipping for international sales. The delivery takes an average of 7 working days with Express shipping, and 15 to 21 days for regular shipping. For wholesale orders,  cargo shipments can be arranged. Feel free to get in touch with us.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Wild-Collection ships worldwide. The shipping fees will be automatically calculated when you proceed to check out.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Wild-Collections accepts all major credit and debit cards, and uses PayPal Business services. For local (Bali) sales, cash in Rupiah, Euros, and Dollars on pickup is accepted.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Wild-Collection uses Encrypted SSL secured connection for your safety your privacy. Your card information is not disclosed to anyone during and after your payment process.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Placing orders with Wild-Collection is simple. Visit the different shop pages, select your options if any (size, color, etc), click on « Add to Cart ». Then, in the main menu (top-right corner), select the cart, and click on « Checkout ». Let the process guide you through the steps.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order on Wild-Collection as a Guest User. When you enter your shipping and billing information, you will have to option to create an account. We recommend doing so, as it simplifies all future purchases at Wild-Collection.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please note that orders that have been paid for cannot be changed. For order cancellations, please contact us and we will proceed to a refund. Kindly note that orders may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank policies.

How Do I Track My Order?

You may track the progress of your order through « My Account », « Order tracking ». We will provide you with a unique tracking number to enable you to follow the status and progress of your order.
